How to Spa
When you arrive at Tajrii Spa you will be asked to a brief lifestyle elemental questionnaire to determine which treatment will best suit your needs. At this time please inform our SPA colleagues if you have any health concerns. While we will always try to accommodate your treatments, late arrival may mean a reduction in your treatment time due to prior bookings.
Mobile phones, while necessary part of modern living is not permitted in any of our treatment rooms or relaxation lounges. In all other areas, please be considerate of other guests and switch them to quiet or meeting mode.
To ensure a peaceful ambiance in the Spa, children under 16 years old are not allowed.

In all other areas, please be considerate of other guests and switch them to quiet or meeting mode. To ensure a peaceful ambiance in the Spa, children under 16 years old are not allowed.
We provide disposable underwear for your privacy and our therapists will advise you on their use. They should be worn during wraps, scrubs and massage treatments. Our therapists are fully trained to drape you to protect your privacy at all times.
Please remember to drink fluids, especially water during and after your time at Tajrii Spa. Most of us do not consume enough daily fluids - so please be mindful of the source of life.
If you are pregnant or have any other condition that you feel we should be aware of, please inform your Spa therapist.
Our therapists are fully trained to ensure your treatments are some of the best you will experience. However please inform them any time if you are uncomfortable or require anything else during your treatment – massage pressure, room temperature and so on.
We recommend you leave valuables in your room safe or at home, we do not assume liability for any valuables.
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We regret that any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges apply in case of a missed appointment with no advance notice. You must speak directly with a Tajrii Spa staff member when cancelling an appointment.

Here are the details:
FOR THE REFERRING CLIENT:
Get a stack of referral cards the next time you visit the spa. Hand them out to your friends, acquaintances and family members who have never been to our spa. Be sure to put your name on the referral cards in the space provided, because the card is not valid without your name!Refer:
1st & 2nd client and receive Free 1 Essential Manicure + 1 Neck & Shoulder Massage
3rd client and receive a separate RM5 spa credit reward
4th client and receive an additional RM10 spa credit reward
5th client and receive an extra RM15 spa credit reward
6th client and receive a final RM20 spa credit rewardReward cards will be sent to you by email when a referred client comes in for a first service and gives us back the referral card you gave them. The reward cards may be used individually or combined together, for a total of RM50 towards spa services. They may be used towards spa services at any time, and may be used in combination with any other single offer.
On the 6th referral, the sequence starts over and you are on your way to earning ANOTHER RM150 in spa credit rewards!!
FOR THE REFERRED CLIENT:
Receive 10% of on any of our a’la carte treatment on your first visit, with the redemption of the referral card.
